Dragon Eggs

Christopher traveled all the way to South Australia just to photograph this amazing creature! Only found in the southern shores of Australia this is the Leafy Sea Dragon! Closely related to sea horses they have leaf-like protrusions coming from all over their body creating some of the best camouflage in the animal kingdom! As with sea horses the male dragons will care for the eggs. The female produces up to 250 bright pink eggs, then deposits them onto the male's tail until they are ready to hatch! What a guy!!
